Oil fruit (Korean: 유과 )), or nectar fruit , is a generic name for several kinds of Korean fruit , which belongs to traditional Korean sweets and cakes and is made by frying mixed glutinous rice flour and honey. Initially referred to as honeyed fruit, because its production process includes frying and baking, it is now commonly referred to simply as oil fruit. Medicinal fruit is one of them. [1]
